The invention provides a method and a system for generating a construction-method instruction of a straddle type monorail traffic multi-system girder bridge, which can be applied in a straddle type monorail traffic line and is controlled by all the construction processes of a girder bridge stressing system consisting of parts or all of systems such as a simply-supported variable-continuous system, a simply-supported variable-continuous rigid frame system, a simply-supported variable rigid system and a simply-supported system. The method and the system provided by the invention have the advantages that the defects that the existing construction-method instruction of the monorail traffic girder bridge is only applicable to simply-supported systems, wastes time and labor and cannot provide linear control after system conversion, gives out a solution of the straddle type monorail traffic girder bridge construction method with multiple stressing systems by accurate control to key construction stages such as girder-body processing and manufacture, girder-body linear positioning and linear detection and control after system conversion and can be applied in all the straddle type monorail traffics such as light type vehicles, middle type vehicles and heavy type vehicles.
