Technique of Vertebroplasty

Vertebroplasty (VP) involves the injection of a filling material into an injured vertebral body via a working cannula, usually placed through a transpedicular or extra-pedicular approach. In this chapter a step-by-step analysis of the surgical technique is proposed, to help the practitioner to understand all the phases of the procedure with their tricks and to avoid possible complications.
