There are many theories talking about the construct of QWL. The constructs of QWL offered were health and well-being, job security, job satisfaction, competency development, work and non-work life balance. The aim of this survey research is to find out how the QWL among employees in Surabaya based on this construct. Data of total population study (142 respondent) was taken from a company in Surabaya.
