Deep Oxidation of Methane on Palladic Catalysts on Suppliers ZrO2, CeO2, ZrO2-CeO2, CeO2-CuO on Stainless Steel Prepared with the Method of Plasma Drawing☆

2015
Abstract The influence of the nature and the maintenance of the secondary supplier, the contents and the nature of the predecessor of palladium on catalytic activity of Pd/MeO x /Ni-Al/HC catalysts in the reaction of deep oxidation of methane is considered in the work. The secondary supplier was put with the method of a plasma dusting. It is defined that the best predecessor of palladium is [Pd(NH 3 ) 4 ](NO 3 ) 2 . The minimum concentration of palladium necessary for achievement of full oxidation of methane on the best samples is 0.25%. It is shown that with the increase in the maintenance of ZrO 2 the activity grows in catalysts. All catalysts are characterized by the XRF method. The most active sample of Pd/CeO 2 -ZrO 2 /Ni-Al/HC is additionally investigated by the method of the scanning electronic microscopy.
