to: a cosmetic powder based long-term, characterized by comprising composition. from about 75% to about 95% by weight of one or more cosmetic powders; b. from about 0.01% to about 5% by weight of a thermoplastic elastomer comprising a block copolymer of isobutylene-styrene (SIBS); c. from about 1% to about 20% by weight of a non-volatile oil; and d. from about 0.01% to about 5% by weight of a film forming polymer comprising a backbone of polypropylene glycol (PPG); wherein the composition is in the form of a powder having longer duration in human skin a composition otherwise identical that does not include the block copolymer SIBS, the non-volatile oil that does not readily evaporate at room temperature and atmospheric pressure and the film forming polymer comprising a backbone of polypropylene glycol (PPG).
