Искусственная регуляция генов, кодирующих белки нитрогеназного комплекса ризобиальных бактерий

We investigate the possibility of creating strains of nodule bacteria with artificially altered nitrogen fixation genes regulation. A recombinant strain of Rhizobium leguminosarum with constitutive expression of the gene nifA was obtained. A nitrogenase activity of this recombinant strain was defined. It is shown the possibility of induction of the nitrogenase complex rhizobia when co-cultured them with recombinant bacteria Enterobacter sp. with constitutive expression of the gene nifA.
