Comparison of DNA sequences required for the function of citrate utilization among different citrate utilization plasmids.

The relatedness of DNA sequences encoding citrate utilization was examined by hybridization with a cloned DNA fragment from a citrate utilization (Cit) plasmid, pOH30221, and DNA of other Cit plasmids.
