The invention discloses an okra health-care wine and a brewage method thereof. The okra health-care wine sufficiently maintains the flavone and polysaccharide components of the plant okra, and has more comprehensive health-care effects. The okra health-care wine is prepared by carrying out boiling, saccharification, fermentation and distillation on cereal grains and okra fruit or okra flower or okra fruit-okra flower mixture. The brewage method of the okra health-care wine comprises the following steps: mixing the cereal grains and the okra fruit or okra flower or okra fruit-okra flower mixture used as fermentation substances with water, and immersing for 24 hours or above, wherein the okra fruit or okra flower or okra fruit-okra flower mixture accounts for 10-35 wt% of the total fermentation substances, and the mass ratio of the fermentation substances to the water is (45-55):(55-45); after the immersion is finished, boiling in a boiler, cooling, blending a saccharifying leavening agent, and pouring into a fermenting tank; and fermenting for 10-30 days while controlling the fermentation temperature at 35-43 DEG C, and distilling the fermentation product to obtain the okra health-care wine.
