The invention discloses a packaging method of an OLED device, an OLED device, and a display apparatus, and belongs to the field of an OLED. The method comprises the following steps: forming a first organic film on an OLED device to be packaged; forming a groove in the surface of the first organic film; forming a second organic film in the groove; and forming a third organic film in a mode of covering the first organic film and the second organic film. According to the invention, the groove is formed in the first organic film, the second organic film is formed in the groove, in the process when the second organic film is formed, the organic film around the groove is taken as a retaining wall of the second organic film, and flowing of an organic material is blocked by the retaining wall, such that it is guaranteed that the edge morphology of the second organic film maintains flush, and the packaging effect is ensured; and besides, such a design enables the first organic film to be in full contact with the third organic film, the integration of the two films is guaranteed, and the packaging strength and effect are further guaranteed.
