Validation test of microbial limit determination for Shuang-huang-jie-du cream

Objective: To establish the method of microbial limit for Shuang-huang-jie-du cream by eliminating the bacteriostatic action of Shuang-huang-jie-du cream in microbial limit examination.Methods: The plating and medium dilution methods were used to determine the bacteriostatic action of Shuang-huang-jie-du cream by analyzing recovery rates with 5 positive control trains.Results: In group of medium,the recoveries of the 5 positive control trains in the analysis were all over 70%.Conclusion: The culture medium dilution method can eliminate the bacteriostatic action of Shuang-huang-jie-du cream better,then make accurate result and achieve the test aim.
