This bachelor work is focused on the immune mechanism of tolerance of mother and fetal and their relation to premature birth. It deals with effects immune mechanism and their disturbances, which can lead to the premature birth. With premature birth there come risks for both mother and fetal. This is why the early diagnostics and effective therapy is important.
