Экспериментальное обоснование возможности использования геля пектина в абдоминальной хирургии

2013
The experiments were performed on 40 white rats (males) weighing 180-200g. Animals were kept under standard vivarium conditions at the standard ration. The control group were intact animals (n = 20). To simulate surgical adhesions and oxidative stress in animals administered ether anesthesia, and then performed a laparotomy. To study the performance of oxidative stress (OS) and endotoxemia (ET) experimental animals were divided into 2 groups: group 1 (n = 20 basic) animals injected into the peritoneal cavity 5% pectin gel laparotomicly before closing wounds 2nd (control group n = 20) performed laparotomicly suturing wounds without pectin gel injection into the abdominal cavity. The control parameters of formation of adhesions and OS and ET served as the blood of intact animals (n = 20). At 6-14 days after surgery, according to the state of laparotomy wounds, animals were sacrificed and blood sampling was carried out to investigate the biochemical and biophysical indicators. Integrated laboratory diagnostics based on the use of the estimated coefficients and indices multifactorial and complex reflects the severity of the OS and ET in various acute and chronic diseases. Thus the total antioxidant activity of blood plasma was higher in experimental animals, the activation of protective systems were not enough to deter the prooxidant load, which may represent a significant stress or dysfunction AOS as a whole. Study and analysis of both individual and integrated indicators OS and ET allowed to determine the effectiveness of the local use of pectin gel when injected intraperitoneally in order to limit the prooxidant load, and as a result, and for the prevention of adhesions in experimental animals. The results confirmed the promising use of pectin gel to prevent the generalization of the operating system process and ET hypercatabolism and development of destructive processes in areas of surgery, the simulation adhesions of the abdominal cavity and the surgical operating system that requires further development in this direction.
