The present invention relates to a DNA plasmid that specifically binds to TB7.7 (Tuberculosis specific antigen 7.7 kDa), a biosensor for diagnosing tuberculosis containing the same, and a method for providing information for diagnosis of tuberculosis. It was confirmed that not only DNA Aptamer has specific binding ability to TB7.7 protein, but also its binding ability. Therefore, when the DNA plasmid of the present invention is used, excellent stability can be expected as compared with the ELISA method using existing antibodies. Thus, the aptamer can be used in the development of a composition for diagnosing tuberculosis, a biosensor for diagnosing tuberculosis, It is expected to be useful.
