Passion to Profession: Business With Pleasure

2020
Simply put, one must develop (or identify) a passion which is at its core, is the capacity to release and engage one’s potential in the pursuit of an area of interest – academic or otherwise. I believe that, wherever you find a strong passion in a person in academic settings, in business, in volunteer organizations, in family, local community, and in the world of public affairs, you are looking at an above average person and you can trace elements of higher cognitive skills in them. Now passion in my scheme of things is not just hobby or interest that you throw at the interview boards, as perhaps trained at Kota preparatory schools, but it must reflect a deeper interest about at least one thing in life that makes you think, read and discuss and crave for more. Your passion must have a design to it and a plan to cultivate it as value-addition to your education.
