Objective To evaluate the effects of different operation methods on the sexual life quality and hormone levels of patients with uterine fibroid.Methods Collected 90 cases of uterine fibroid were randomly divided into three groups,30patients one group.A group was treated with total hysterectomy,B group was treated with subtotal hysterec tomy,C group was treated with vaginal hysterectomy.Contrasted and analyzed the Sexual Life Quality and Hormone Levels of the three groups.Results After treatment,BISF-W scores of the three groups were increased.BISF-W scores of B group and C group were significantly increased,with(P 0.05).but BISF-W score of A group was no significantly increased,with(P 0.05).BISF-W scores were C groupB groupA group.Hormone levels of the three groups in one month after operation were significant difference,with(P 0.05).The change degree were A groupB groupC group.Conclusion The sexual life quality is different in patients with uterine fibroid after different operations,BIST grade is related with the change of sex hormone level.Vaginal hysterectomy has minimum effect on the sexual life quality of patients with uterine fibroid,is worth clinical widely.
