2 tower gasification furnace raw material supply device

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw material feeding device of a two tower-type gasification furnace for raising capability of solid raw materials gasification by stabilizing feeding of solid raw materials into a fluidized layer. SOLUTION: The raw material feeding device for the two tower-type gasification furnace is composed of a combustion furnace 6 and a fluidizing gasification furnace 1 and is so designed to return uncombusted solids together with a fluidizing medium from the fluidizing gasification furnace into the combustion furnace for burning, wherein, the combustion furnace 6 is for fluidized heating of the fluidizing medium 15, and the a fluidizing gasification furnace 1 is for receiving the fluidizing medium 15 heated in the combustion furnace 6 and separated from combustion exhaust gas, and simultaneously receiving solid raw materials 5, and gasifies the solid raw materials 5 forming a fluidized bed 4 by water vapor 3 supplied from the lower part of a distributor 2, and a gasified gas 18 is took out from a freeboard 17 of the upper part of the fluidized bed 4, and the raw material feeding device is equipped with a biaxial screw feeder 23 for supplying solid raw materials 5 into a fluidized layer 4 of the fluidizing gasification furnace 1.
