The invention discloses an electronic detonator body code-UID code-detonation initiation code binding method and system. The system comprises an upper computer, an electronic detonator detector, a laser marking machine, a single-chip microcomputer and a jig. The upper computer is connected with the electronic detonator detector, the laser marking machine and the single-chip microcomputer. The single-chip microcomputer is connected with a jig positioning device on a conveyor belt. The jig positioning device is arranged on a marking station below the laser marking machine. While the system finishes quality detection of each electronic detonator, binding of one-to-one corresponding relation of a detonator body code, a UID code and a detonation initiation code of each electronic detonator is achieved. Thus, compared with the prior art, the system has the beneficial effects that the detonator body code, the UID code and the denotation initiation code of each electronic detonator are marked on the corresponding electronic detonator at a time, the marking efficiency of the electronic detonators is improved, the manufacturing cost of the electronic detonators is greatly reduced, the problems of marking missing, mistaken marking and the like are effectively avoided, and convenience is brought to following supervision of the electronic detonators.
