Reinventando sentidos comunitarios

This book addresses an experience of research in Chiltoyac, a Totonaco origin town located in the city of Xalapa. The text describes a transdisciplinary proposal created to revalue peasant culture and to promote forms of socio-environmental creativity in the context of neoliberal globalization, in an environment devastated by the current civilizational crisis. From the narrative of the relevant moments of this collaboration, the epistemological position on which the creation of the Community Center of Traditions, Trades and Knowledge is based is visible as an innovative proposal to generate processes of social learning and commonality that contribute to the creation of a culture for life.
