The Expression and Relationship Among ER、C-erbB-2、P-gp in Breast Cancer

Objective:To study the expression of ER、C-erbB-2 and P-gp in breast cancer,and the association between their expression and lymph node metasis.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of ER、C-erbB-2、P-gp in 107 case breast cancer.Results:The respective positive rates of ER、C-erbB-2、P-gp in breast cancer were 55.14%(59/107)、87.13%(87/107)and20.56%(22/107).The expression of ER was associated with lymph node metasis and C-erbB2,but not associated with P-gp.There was association between C-erbB-2 expression and lymph node metastasis;And the exporession of P-gp was not associated with C-erbB-2 and lymph node metastasis.Condusions:There was association between ER、C-erbB-2 and lymph node metastasis,and association between P-gp and drug resistamce.
