Nursing and first aid experience on 150 patients with acute left-sided heart failure

Objective:To explore the effective rescue and nursing methods of the acture left-sided heart failure.Methods:150 patients with acute left-sided heart failure were carried on accurate monitoring,timely medicate and effective rescue for treatment.Electrocardiogram were emphasized in monitoring,and program were adjusted timely according toinstant messaging of the EKG in medicate and first aid,to make curative effec treach the largestand fastest.Results:After our care and rescue,the symptoms of 144 patients significantly improved in 30 minutes to 1 hour,6 patients died due to rescueinvalid.Conclusion:Acute left-sided heart failure hasthe feature of suddenl yill,difficult prognosis,complexsymptoms,and makes greath arm topatients.There for ein the rescue we must be early,fast,accurate,try to reducethewaste of time and guarantee the accurate judgment and drug,to make the rescue effect as soon as possible and reduce the pain of patients.
