The study of a structure and phase composition of the super-alloy on Ni-Al-Cr doped by La in quantity of 0,1 weig % is carried out by the TEM method. It is determined that in the superalloy there are five phases: g¢, g, a 2, Al 2La, and Ni 3La 2.
