Preliminary study about professor PANG De-xiang's academic thoughts in treating tumour

This paper introduced professor PANG De-xiang’s academic thoughts in cancer treatment. Professor PANG considered that the etiology of tumour was deficiency and toxin, and he put forward the idea about treatments by phases. Professor PANG concentrated on studying of theories of different schools of traditional Chinese medicine and Synopsis of Golden Chamber and created a large number of clinical prescriptions, and he also was good at using herb pair, while his general idea was never away from ‘eight methods’. He advocated the theory of ‘spleen and stomach’ and ‘preventive treatment of disease’.
