Face Masks and Bacterial Dispersion Towards the Periocular Area.

Abstract Taping the superior aspect of patient masks qualitatively decreases air flow and bacterial dispersion towards the ocular surface while inappropriately worn masks both qualitatively and quantitatively increase bacterial dispersion towards the ocular surface.
