Комплексное применение лучевых методов исследования в дифференциальной диагностике злокачественных изъязвлений желудка

A large clinical representative material 4400 patients with stomach pathology out of 7850 patients with gastrointestinal tract diseases, surveyed during the period from 2000 to 2010 presents the X-ray endoscopic, ultrasound, x-ray computer tomography, magnetic-resonance-tomographic, differential diagnostic criteria for benign and malignant gastric ulcers, confirmed by morphological studies and surgical interventions. The elaborated program and algorithm of clinical-radiology investigations in 98% of cases allowed to determine the frequency and character of gastric pathology, to carry out the differentiated diagnostics and to recommend the treatment tactics.
