Русская идея и общечеловеческая культура

IIn the article the author criticizes the concept of universal culture ignoring specifics of national cultures. As argument the author uses N. Ya.Danilevsky, K. N. Leontyev, N. S. Trubetskoy, I. A. Ilyin's works, and also works of Russian historians. The Russian idea is considered as different from rationalistic ideas, it reveals the soul of the people, unites it. Historically Russian idea was expressed in aspiration to a unification of lands, in formation of Sacred Russia and in creation of Great Russia. The domination of spirituality and search of the truth are estimated by the author as manifestations of the Russian idea. Refs. 15.
