Research progress on Chonemorpha G.Don

Chonemorpha,containing more than 20 species,is distributed mainly in tropical and subtropical Asia.it is a kind of important plant in apocynaceae.This genus has through the meridians,promoting blood circulation and relieving pain,bone tissue regeneration,blood pressure and other important pharmacological activity;most containing latex,can be prepared daily rubber products,it is a important rubber plants;at the same time,this genus has high insecticidal activity on the farm;it can also be used as landscape plants,beautify the environment.In order to have a better understanding of this genus,in this paper,distribution,morphological characteristics,reproductive mode and applied research of Chonemorpha are reviewed.
