RFID Intrusion Detection with Possibilistic Fuzzy c-Means Clustering

The current RFID systems are fragile to external attacks, due to the limitations of encrypted authentication and physical protection methods used in implementation of RFID security systems. In this paper, we propose a new RFID intrusion detection method that is based on possibilistic fuzzy c-Means clustering. Simulation results have shown that the new RFID intrusion detection method can enhance the security and speed up the intrusion detection of RFID systems without amending the existing technical standards of RFID.
