LNG thermal insulation device

A liquefied natural gas thermal insulation device comprises a can-shaped thermal insulation device body, the thermal insulation device is composed of an inner casing layer and an outer casing layer, and a thermal insulation layer is arranged between the inner casing layer and the outer casing layer. The liquefied natural gas thermal insulation device is characterized in that the thermal insulation layer is manufactured by phenolic microporous materials, the inner casing layer is manufactured by 'invar' carbon steel which has fine size stability under ultra-low temperature, the outer casing layer is manufactured by carbon steel which has supporting and strengthening functions, the thickness of the thermal insulation layer is 100-300mm, and the optimization thickness is 150-250mm. The periphery of the thermal insulation layer is an aluminum foil layer which resists thermal radiation and stops phenolic microporous gas circuits. The periphery of the aluminum foil layer is a shock-resistant memory foam layer. The thermal insulation layer, the aluminum foil layer and the memory foam layer are bonded through phenolic polyurethane adhesive. The utility model greatly reduces loss of liquefied natural gas during the transportation process, protects environment, removes fire hazards, and saves industry energy consumption.
