Running navigation system for motor train unit

2015
The invention discloses a running navigation system for a motor train unit, which comprises a GPS antenna, a host and a display screen. The host is connected with the GPS antenna and the display screen. The host is used for positioning the current running position of the motor train unit in real time by means of the GPS antenna. The host is used for storing the pre-set line information, and the corresponding relationship between the pres-set running speed and the emergency braking distance of the motor train unit. The host is also used for determining the emergency braking distance corresponding to the current running speed of the motor train unit according to the above corresponding relationship. The host is also used for displaying the current running position of the motor train unit, the pre-set line information, and the emergency braking distance corresponding to the current running speed of the motor train unit on the display screen. According to the invention, the problem in the prior art that due to the absence of the intuitive line information for drivers of motor train units to refer to, the passive braking is realized by means of an ATP only upon the detection of the overspeed condition of the high-speed motor train unit so as to cause the loss of the kinetic energy of the high-speed motor train unit can be solved.
