The Pollution Assessment of the Major Discharge Outlets of Land Source in Qinhuangdao

According to the survey results of 11 mainly land- based discharge outlets in 2011,the current pollution status and the main pollution sources of Qinhuangdao city were calculatedusingsingle factor pollution index and the equal standard pollution load method. The results showed that the equal standard pollution load ratio of Dapu River was highest in the area,followed by Luan River and Xinkai River. It was noticeable that the equal standard pollution load ratio of total phosphorus was highest,which indicated that the most specific pollutant in the coastal marine environment of Qinhuangdao was total phosphorus.
