Isolated inferior rectus paresis

1984
An isolated paresis of the inferior rectus muscle (i.e., without any other eye muscle paresis) is a rarely occurring phenomenon. This is illustrated by the fact that we have seen only six cases in our hospital during a period often years. The clinical data of these six patients are given and the literature on this subject is reviewed.
