Определение бенсултапа в биологическом материале растительного происхождения

2014
The comparative study of bensultap isolation from overground and underground parts of medicinal plants has been done. The optimal conditions for bensultap extraction from vegetable biomaterial with acetonitrile can be achieved in double insulation of a biological object with an insulating agent if the weight ratio of the biomaterial and the insulating liquid at each step of the infusion is ≥ 2: 1 (extraction from underground parts of plants) and 4: 1 (extraction from overground parts of plants), and the duration of infusion is ≥ 30 min. The possibility of analyte purification from biomaterial co-extracted substances at the column with sorbent L 40/100 microns has been shown. The optimal eluent is hexane-dioxane-2-propanol (8: 3: 0.6 by volume). To identify and quantify bensultap in extracts from the plant biomaterial the methods of TLC, UV spectrophotometry and normal phase HPLC have been applied. The developed technique allows identifying and determining 95.12-95.75% of bensultap in extracts from the overground parts and 92.19-92.85% from the underground parts of medicinal plants. The defined minimum of bensultap is 0.1-0.4 mg in 100 g of the vegetable biological material.
