Assembly of a device and a control device, method of manufacturing the arrangement and use of arrangement

The arrangement (1) consists of a component (2) and at least one control device (3) for detecting a degradation (5) of the component. The control device comprises a decoupled from a function of the component electrically conductive control structure (4) with a specific electrical property. The control structure and the component are so fixed to each other, that the degradation of the component degradation (17) causes the control structure, and thus a change of the determined electrical property of the control structure. The component is for example a ceramic heat shield of a combustion chamber of a gas turbine. The control structure is made of a brittle ceramic conductor material. A crack of the heat shield continues as a crack of the control structure. This is a function of the control structure as a resonator for irradiated, high-frequency electromagnetic waves, a DC resistance of the control structure and a frequency-dependent impedance of the control structure changes. The arrangement is used for checking a functional capability of the component. The manufacture of the arrangement for example, by co-sintering of the component and of the control structure.
