My work is set to description of process in reformes of public administration in territory of our state. Firstly I would like to describe historical development, which in some ways influences present feather of public management in the Czech republic. Development of the country is closely adherent to process of evolution of public administration in the explicit place. Now public administration has got utility form. One of the main themes of present public management is modernization and open approach to people.
