The effect of environment temperature on properties of protein films

The effects of environment temperature on wheat protein film,soy protein isolate film and wheat-soy protein film were studied.Result showed that temperature of environment has great influences on the protein films,which lead to the changes of mechanical properties,water vapor permeability(WVP),oxygen permeability and moisture absorption of films.
