스마트 기기용 LED 조명 광원부 설계

In this paper, a LED light source design for smart device including 5 channel dimming circuit was proposed. The LED chips such as Red, Green, Blue were used as a clear type package with silicone encapsulant for its peak wavelength, λp, respectively. Both warm white of 3,000K and cool white of 7,000K LED parts having high color rendering index over than 95 were implemented by using phosphor mixing recipe technology. Furthermore, 5 channel dimming circuits consist of Red, Green, Blue, Warm White and Cool White are designed independently for evaluating RGB full color and CCT tunable function between 3,000K ~ 7,000K.
