The invention relates to a video camera and laser range finder coaxial photoelectric measuring device, which comprises five parts, namely a video camera and laser range finder coaxial photoelectric measuring system, a high-definition video monitoring system with a large-zoom-ratio zoom lens, an electric shock-absorption pan head with a precision dial and capable of displaying horizontal angles and pitching angles, an information transmission network system and a rear-end video receiving and displaying device. The photoelectric measuring device has the advantages that in a measuring method, laser range finding is combined with an electric pan head capable of precisely measuring angles, particularly, a video camera and laser range finder coaxial photoelectric measuring system mode is adopted, medium-range and remote monitoring is realized, measurement calculation is simplified, and measurement accuracy is improved. The video camera and laser range finder coaxial photoelectric measuring device not only can be used as a system for medium-range and remote timing monitoring for a construction site, but also guides a measuring system to be quickly aligned with a target to be measured; and testing efficiency is improved.
