Effectiveness Indicators of Nursing Service System in Health Centers, Bangkok Metropolis (ตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิผลของระบบงานการบริการพยาบาลในศูนย์บริการสาธารณสุขกรุงเทพมหานคร)

The purpose of this research was to search for effectiveness indicators of nursing service system in health centers, Bangkok Metropolis by using Delphi technique. The 18 experts were nursing administrators of health centers, teaching experts in nursing administration, academic experts in public health policy and planning of public health nursing centers. The results revealed that effectiveness the indicators of nursing service system in health centers, Bangkok Metropolis composed of 128 items which were classified into four aspects: 1. Nursing management, 57 items, can be classified into 8 categories: policy, organizing, human resource management, instrument, environment, co-ordination, information, and financing. 2. Nursing service in health centers, 30 items, can be classified into 5 categories: professional nursing service, nursing service system, quality development activities, service behavior, and performance evaluation. 3. Nursing service in community health centers, 28 items, can be classified into 4 categories: nursing activity goal, continuous service, self-care potential, and process evaluation. 4. Advocacy of clients, 13 items, can be classified into 2 categories: surveillance in client advocacy policy and surveillance in client advocacy practice.
