Hydro-denitrification method for heavy oil

The invention discloses a hydro-denitrification method for heavy oil, which includes a step of enabling raw material oil containing the heavy oil to be contacted successively with a hydrodemetallization catalyst, a hydrodesulfurization catalyst, a hydrosaturation catalyst and a hydro-denitrification catalyst under a hydrogenation condition in the presence of hydrogen gas to prepare hydrogenated product oil, wherein a product obtained after the contact with the hydrodesulfurization catalyst is subjected to gas stripping after the raw material oil contacted with the hydrodesulfurization catalyst and before the raw material oil contacted with the hydrosaturation catalyst to obtain a liquid-phase substance and a gas-phase substance which includes hydrogen gas and a sulfur-containing compound which is used in the process of contacting the raw material oil with the hydro-denitrification catalyst. The method can significantly increase the denitrification efficiency on the heavy oil and also improve hydrogenation rate on the heavy oil, and also increases yield of liquid products in the heavy oil hydrogenation process, thereby further saving production cost.
