Using of digital microscopy were studied possibilities of diagnostics of materials of Eucalyptus viminalis Labill. and Eucalyptus cinerea F.V.Muell. ex Benth. by morphologo-anatomic, anatomo-histologic methods and a method of petiole anatomy. There were shown typical diagnostic morphological, microscopic and histologic characteristics of the structure of leaf, stem, and petiole.
