Иммунометаболические нарушения при хроническом простатите

2013
The immune changes in patients with chronic prostatitis are insufficiently studied therefore by means of highly sensitive laboratory methods of research the clinic-immunologic condition of these patients has been analyzed. The basis of inflammatory process progression in a prostate is a depression of functional activity in the system "proteases specific inhibitors", lipoperoxidation, a pentose phosphate cycle and an increase in the antioxidant system suppression. The prostate hypoxia promotes the activation of lipid peroxidation and the disturbance of immunocompetent cells functioning, and the suppression of the immune system. All these contribute to the prolonged prostate inflammation because of the hyporeactive condition of the immune system, to the accumulation of free radical oxidation products and development of a secondary immunodeficiency.
