The conditions of quantitative determinations of articaine by home industrial appliance for capillary electrophoresis “Kapel-105” are developed. We used Britton-Robinson’s buffer pH 2,3 as a performance electrolyte (PE). PE was diluted in 10 times by water and used as a solvent of the sample. Loading of the sample was under the pressure (30 m/bar × 15 sec). The positive electrode was on the side of the loading of PE, voltage was 20 kV. Detection of articaine was performed at 270 nm. Recording and processing of the data were done with the help of software “MultiChrome for Windows”. The method of “stacking” was used for concentration of the samples. Preparation of the urine for analysis was realized by direct liquid-liquid extraction with chloroform at pH 9 and subsequent re-extraction of articaine to the performance electrolyte which was diluted in 10 times by water. These ways obviated the interference of ballast substances. The validation assessment of the method of determination of articaine was performed.
