Die Auswirkungen von Druckfarbe und Strich auf den Deinkingprozess

The wide range of printing inks and coatings present significant challenges to the deinking mill. In order to understand how these inks and coatings respond to the treatment of the waste paper in a deinking plant, a total of 11 different papers were tested. The inks used included Heatset, Conventional Ultra Violet Cured, Flexographic and Electron Beam Cured. The Coatings were Waterbased, Waterbased Catalyzed, Ultra Violet Cured and Electron Beam Cured. The paper base was bleached kraft. The papers were subjected to pulping, flotation, forward and reverse cleaning, and dispersion. Testing was done after each step to measure the effectiveness of that unit operation upon removing ink and increasing brightness. Based on the results recommendation are made for the optimal equipment train necessary to produce issue and fine papers
