In addition, the fuel cell has an electrolyte layer (21) formed of a solid oxide. The electrolyte layer (21) having a high grain boundary density electrolyte layer (27), and a decomposition reaction suppress part for suppressing the low grain boundary density electrolyte layer made of the catalytic metal due to the decomposition reaction of the solid oxide (25) and (26 ).
