Generating method of ionized air and device therefor

PURPOSE: To provide a generating method of ionized air and its device by which air can be ionized without using corona discharge and production of fine particles due to corrosion of corona tip can be prevented. CONSTITUTION: The generating method of ionized air includes a process to irradiate an air region with radiation and a process to concentrate radiation to the focal volume to supply radiation of enough intensity to ionize the air.
