PENGARUH PROSOCIAL BEHAVIOR TERHADAP EMPATHY PADA PERAWAT

Abstrak Latar belakang : Grand theory dalam penelitian ini dengan pandangan teori pertukaran sosial ( social exchange theory ). Perilaku prososial ( prosocial behavior ) dan empati ( empathy) bagi perawat rumah sakit merupakan sikap penting dalam asuhan keperawatan yang berfokus kepada pasien. Empati  merupakan ciri khas profesional perawatan kesehatan dan komunikasi pasien untuk mencapai hasil penyembuhan yang diinginkan.  Empati memungkinkan para profesional perawatan kesehatan dan pasien untuk bekerja sama. Selanjutnya perilaku prososial, bentuk perilaku prososial yaitu perilaku yang positif, konstruktif dan bermakna membantu. Perilaku prososial yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku individu perawat terhadap pasien dalam pelayanan asuhan keperawatan ( in role ) dan perilaku perawat dalam memberikan perlindungan terhadap pasien ( client advocate ). Dua variabel ini menjadi penting dalam pelayanan asuhan keperawatan. Tujuan : Menguji  dan menganalisa  pengaruh prosocial behavior terhadap empathy . Metode adalah survey dengan penyebaran kuisioner pada perawat pelaksana dengan 47 responden di Ruang rawat inap dalam Rumah sakit Islam Jakarta di Cempaka Putih dan menggunakan analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan SEM Amos 22.00. Hasil : prosocial behavior berpengaruh terhadap empathy, hasil nilai  pengujian signifikansi   (table 2) p= 0.026 nilai ini  adalah ≤  0,05 (signifikan nilai p ≤ 0,05) yang mempunyai makna Ha: diterima atau signifikan,  berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel prosocial behavior berpengaruh terhadap  empathy . Kesimpulan : bahwa empati perawat akan muncul dengan penerapan Syariah walaupun mengabaikan masalah keadilan dan kesejahteraan. Empathy is a hallmark of health care professionals and patient communication to achieve the desired healing results. Empathy allows health care professionals and patients to work together. Furthermore prosocial behavior, a form of prosocial behavior that is positive behavior, constructive and meaningful help. Prosocial behavior referred to in this study is the behavior of individual nurses towards patients in nursing care services ( in role ) and the behavior of nurses in providing protection for patients ( client advocate ). These two variables become important in nursing care services. Purpose : Test and analyze the effect of prosocial behavior on empathy . The method is a survey by distributing questionnaires to implementing nurses with 47 respondents in the inpatient room in Jakarta Islamic Hospital in Cempaka Putih and using data analysis used is using SEM Amos 22.00. Results : prosocial behavior influences empathy, the results of significance test results (table 2) p = 0.026 this value is ≤ 0.05 (significant p value ≤ 0.05) which has a meaning Ha: accepted or significant, based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded thatvariables prosocial behavior affect  empathy. Conclusion : that empathy nurses will emerge with the application of Sharia even though it ignores justice and welfare issues. Keywords: empathy , nursing, prosocial behavior
