The Relation Between Finite Group π-center and π-special Characters

The definition of: π-center of a finite group is given,and some results of finite group center and irreducible characters are generalized to the case of π-center and π-special characters by using the definition of π-center and π-special characters.Some classical theories are special cases of our theries.
