The Size Effect in a Layered Ferroelectric Structure

We theoretically calculate and plot the spatial distribution of dynamic polarization in a capacitor structure consisting of thin SrTiO3 and BaTiO3 layers that satisfies the zero boundary conditions and investigate the size effect on the capacitance of a ferroelectric bilayer.
