The subject of the invention is to provide a light reflection plate which can reduce dazzling of reflected light while maintaining a regular reflection-derived optical reflectance at a high value. The light reflection plate is characterized by comprising a substrate (11) and a light reflection layer (13) provided on the substrate (11) and formed of silver or a silver alloy, or aluminum or an aluminum alloy. The light reflection plate is characterized in that the arithmetical mean roughness (Ra) and arithmetical mean waviness (Wa) of the light reflection layer (13) on its surface (13a) are 0.10 to 0.30 [mu]m and 0.30 to 2.50 mu m, respectively.
