The invention relates to an electrical device. The electrical device has a housing, wherein the housing has a cavity enclosing a housing wall. According to the invention, the device comprises a circuit carrier having at least one electrically conductive layer. The apparatus further comprises at least one resiliently embodied heat conducting element, wherein the heat conducting element comprises at least a receiving portion and a discharge portion, the receiving portion and the discharge portion are connected thermally conductively with each other. The receiving portion of the heat conduction member is connected at least indirectly heat conductively connected to the electrically conductive layer, and the heat output section is connected thermally conductive with the housing wall.
